3. Chamber type single-layer drying chamber is a modular process, and the number of drying chambers can be selected according to different capacity requirements;
4. The maximum number of drying chambers is 12 chambers, and the maximum production capacity is 40 million pieces/year clear bricks or 150,000 cubic meters/year hollow blocks;

Working Principle of Bricks Dryer for Red Clay Brick Making plant Single Layer Drying Chamber Dryer Brick Drying Room:
When the drying room is working, the wet blanks are stacked on the pallet and sent to the drying room by the sub-forklift truck; the heat source of the drying room comes from the waste heat of cooling the finished bricks in the tunnel kiln, and the dry hot air medium is transported to the top of the drying room through the external pipeline system. The internal cyclone is evenly blown onto the bricks being dried; the moist and cold air with water sinks into the moisture exhaust air duct at the bottom, is accelerated by the moisture exhaust fan, and is discharged through the chimney at the end of the drying chamber.
